 Extenion -> Flextion -> 

 * Initial contact 
   -Flextion (30° thigh forward) 

 * Loading response 
   -Function -> maintain hip stability 

 * Mid stance  
   -extention (from 30° flextion to full extention) 

 * Terminal stance 
   -Hyperextension (3°) 

 * Pre-swing 
   -flextion
