Kristján's notes¶

• What the Össur team needs is a machine that tests prosthetic legs mechanically and systematically instead of going through the hassle of finding people to user test them.
• The machine should be configurable for different type of gaits and terrains to make the tests as thorough as possible.
• The machine should be modular in the sense that each part of the leg (hip, knee, ankle, etc.) can be removed and replaced.
• The machine should match the kinematics data it is fed. (We can use Össur's gait lab to record our own data).
