 * Customer Attributes (general info and lies) 
 * Functional Requirements (what should it do) 
 ** Starts with action verb, can be tested 
 * Design Parameters (how are you going to do it) 
 ** Starts with a noun, can be quantified 
 * Make design matrix with FR on side, DP on top 

 Important hints: 

 * Collectively Exaustive, Mutually Exclusive 
 * Axiom 1: FR    should be independent 
 * Axiom 2: Should always be able to meet FR with solution 
 * Use ID numbers:    FR0 top level, FR1, FR1.1, to decompose 
 * 1-7 elements per level.    NO FR8.    Avoid single "leaves"
