Third meeting 060112¶

Members present: Guðjón, Henni, Tryggvi, Gummi, Arnar, Stefán, Matti, Styrmir (late)

1. Changing name to Reykjavik University Robotics (RUR). Approved unanimously.
2. Not collecting member fees for the first semester to get more people. Getting people interested while this is loose. Approved (Arnar passed).
3. Status of the advertisements - delayed since Jökull and Baldur are not present.
4. Presentation meeting delayed by one week (Friday the 20th instead of the 13th). Advertisements should be placed in the school next week (week of 9th - 13th).
5. Guðjón, Gummi and Stefán will handle a meeting with school presidents.
6. Schedule for the semester:
• Pitch in classes (January 16th - 20th)
• Intro meeting (Friday, January 20th 2012)
• Founding meeting (Wednesday, January 25th 2012)
• Weekly meetings on Wednesdays at 17:00
